Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. By entering the promotion you agree to be bound by them.
1Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Toorak Village Traders Association Inc. (ABN 45 887 459 064), PO Box 14, Toorak VIC 3142, Australia (the Promoter).
2Promotion period
2.1The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026.
2.2Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3Eligibility
3.1Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over who make a qualifying purchase at a participating Toorak Village business during the promotion period.
3.2Employees, committee members and representatives of the Promoter, individuals directly involved in administering the promotion, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3.3Purchases from Coles, Woolworths, BWS, Liquorland Cellars, Petstock and Chemist Warehouse are excluded from this promotion.
3.4Purchases must be made at eligible businesses physically located within the Toorak Village shopping precinct.
4How to enter
4.1Spend a minimum of $50 in a single transaction at a participating Toorak Village business during the promotion period.
4.2Visit www.toorakvillage.com.au and follow the Shop & Win entry link.
4.3Complete the online entry form, including your name, email address, mobile number, business name and purchase date.
4.4Upload a clear photograph or scanned copy of your qualifying purchase receipt.
4.5Submit your entry before the promotion closes.
4.6Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry relates to a separate eligible transaction of $50 or more and is supported by a different valid receipt.
4.7Each qualifying receipt entitles the entrant to one entry only, regardless of the total transaction value. Receipts cannot be combined to reach the $50 minimum spend.
4.8There is no additional fee to enter beyond the qualifying purchase.
5Receipt requirements
5.1Receipts must clearly show the business name, purchase date and transaction amount.
5.2Receipts must be dated within the promotion period.
5.3Each receipt may only be used once.
5.4Entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request the original receipt to verify an entry before awarding a prize.
5.5Altered, fraudulent, illegible, duplicate or otherwise ineligible receipts will not be accepted.
6Prizes
There are six prizes available, with a total prize pool valued at $5,000 AUD.
Major prize – $4,000 travel voucher
One winner will receive a $4,000 travel voucher from In Flight Travel Toorak, subject to the following conditions:
- The voucher may be used across multiple travel bookings through In Flight Travel, up to the total value of $4,000.
- Booking and service fees apply to the redemption of the voucher. These fees will vary depending on the travel arrangements and number of bookings and may be deducted from the voucher balance.
- The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
- All travel must be booked and completed by 30 November 2027.
- The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Any travel costs exceeding the available voucher balance are the responsibility of the winner.
Additional prizes – 5 × $200 gift vouchers
- Five additional winners will each receive a $200 gift voucher from a participating Toorak Village business, selected by the Promoter.
- Gift vouchers are subject to the issuing business’s applicable terms and conditions, including validity periods.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
7Winner selection
7.1Six winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
7.2The draw will take place at 12pm AEDT on Tuesday 1 December 2026 at Toorak Village, Melbourne, Victoria.
7.3The first valid entry drawn will receive the $4,000 travel voucher from In Flight Travel Toorak.
7.4The next five valid entries drawn will each receive a $200 Toorak Village business gift voucher.
7.5Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize.
7.6Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.
8Winner notification
8.1Winners will be contacted by email and telephone using the contact details provided on their entry form.
8.2Winners may be required to provide identification and their original qualifying purchase receipt to verify their eligibility.
8.3Following verification, winners will be announced on the Toorak Village social media channels.
8.4Winners’ names will also be published on the Toorak Village website where required by applicable law.
9Unclaimed prizes
9.1Winners must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of receiving notification.
9.2If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize, the Promoter will make reasonable further attempts to contact them.
9.3If a prize remains unclaimed, a replacement winner may be selected through a further random draw, subject to applicable law.
9.4Details of any redraw will be published or communicated as required by law.
10General conditions
10.1By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
10.2The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that do not comply with these conditions.
10.3The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete or not successfully received due to technical difficulties, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
10.4If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may arrange an appropriate substitute of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
10.5Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
11Privacy
11.1Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners and distribute prizes.
11.2Information may be provided to authorised service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and fulfil prizes.
11.3Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy, where applicable.
11.4Entrants may contact the Promoter through the Toorak Village website regarding their personal information.
12Acceptance of terms
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and prize verification will be made fairly and in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
